Where can I spend my National Garden Gift Card?

How do I contact National Garden Gift Cards about my online order?

You can contact us via e-mail at nationalgarden@voucherexpress.net or call our helpline on 0371 384 3237, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and Sat 9am - 12pm.

How will I know when my order is processed?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an e-mail from us, informing you that your order has been received and is being processed. Before your requested delivery date you will receive another e-mail informing you that your National Garden Gift Cards have been despatched to your chosen recipient.

If there is a problem with your order, you will be contacted via e-mail.

On some occasions we may be unable to proceed with an order, if this is the case you will be informed via e-mail. If you feel that your order has been unjustly failed, please place another order on our website using a different form of payment.

What if I've made a mistake on my order?

If you have made a mistake on your order, please ring our helpline 0371 384 3237 and we will do our best to correct it for you.

Do National Garden Gift Cards have an expiry date?

The expiry date is printed on the voucher.

I live outside the UK. Can I place an order for UK delivery using an overseas credit or debit card?

Yes, you can. We only deliver to addresses in the UK but we can accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex card payments from anywhere in the world. When you get to 'Step 2: Payment Details' please click the 'Input address manually' button to expose all of the billing address fields. Please input your full address. If you have a postcode or ZIP code, input this is  the 'Postcode' field and your country should go in the 'County' field. If you do not have a postcode, please input your country in the 'Postcode' field.

Who runs National Garden Gift Vouchers?

The National Garden Gift Voucher scheme is operated by The Horticultural Trades Association who are a not-for-profit trade association for the Horticultural Industry. The HTA has been established since 1899 and operates the voucher scheme through its independent member businesses of which there are currently nearly 2000 participants. What will appear on my credit card statement
