As soon as you place your order, you will receive an e-mail from us, informing you that your order has been received and is being processed. Before your requested delivery date you will receive another e-mail informing you that your National Garden Gift Cards have been despatched to your chosen recipient.
If there is a problem with your order, you will be contacted via e-mail.
On some occasions we may be unable to proceed with an order, if this is the case you will be informed via e-mail. If you feel that your order has been unjustly failed, please place another order on our website using a different form of payment.

Yes, you can. We only deliver to addresses in the UK but we can accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex card payments from anywhere in the world. When you get to 'Step 2: Payment Details' please click the 'Input address manually' button to expose all of the billing address fields. Please input your full address. If you have a postcode or ZIP code, input this is the 'Postcode' field and your country should go in the 'County' field. If you do not have a postcode, please input your country in the 'Postcode' field.
The National Garden Gift Voucher scheme is operated by The Horticultural Trades Association who are a not-for-profit trade association for the Horticultural Industry. The HTA has been established since 1899 and operates the voucher scheme through its independent member businesses of which there are currently nearly 2000 participants.
