  1. We use Royal Mail for the majority of our deliveries, but we will use other services where appropriate. Delivery methods vary according to the value ordered as specified below.

  1. Working days are classed as Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays. Please note that all delivery dates are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.
  2. Although most deliveries arrive on the next working day, for First Class and Recorded delivery please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
  3. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates on weekends or Bank Holidays. We can also not offer delivery to international addresses.
  4. Gift Cards loaded with £50.01 or over will require a signature. If there is no one available to sign for the delivery, a calling card will be left with instructions to either collect from the local depot or call the courier to arrange a re-delivery.
  5. Due to high volumes of orders at Christmas, we advise customers to order early for pre-Christmas delivery. A limited delivery service will be in operation in the week immediately after Christmas.
  6. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number.
