There are no restrictions on when your eVoucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date and time of your choosing. You can specify an exact time down to the minute!
Delivery of your eVoucher by email is free of charge.
You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing a link to download your National Garden Gift Voucher. You can choose to download it now or at a later date. Your eVoucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in store at participating garden retailers as soon as you download it.
After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number.

You will receive another email to confirm when the eVoucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.
7. Once you or your recipient collect the eVoucher, it will be ready to use straight away!
Please note that all orders are security checked for your protection. Most orders are passed through without any delay, however on occasion we may need to check your order in more detail. This can take up to 12 hours and you or your recipient will not be able to collect the eVoucher until this is completed.
